Truly couture cushion replicated by Jayne Design Studio after the originals Jansen created for the Duke and Duchess of Windsor for their Bois de Boulogne residence. Made of ecru silk damask with the front appliquéd with an oval fan paterae of soft red damask and brown velvet.
