Circa 1800

Most likely originally conceived as a firescreen, this piece is set within a giltwood frame. The block-printed paper panel features a central urn full of roses sitting on a plinth stand hung with a ribbon-tied floral swag; on an amber ground. 

Very decorative with vibrant colors.
